Session 4: Closing the Gender Gap in Technical Trades Moderated by Ing. Bismark Otoo, MEng, BSc, GhIE — Air Traffic Safety Engineer, Ghana Civil Aviation Authority. Speaker: Ms. Nakakande Hadijah — Technical Principal, TVET Expert and Champion for Green Skills, Youth Development and Women's Empowerment. Technical trades remain among the most male-dominated fields on the continent, and the same barriers keep rural youth and persons with disabilities out of the workshop.
